Constellation Major Five

This series was developed from a residency at Tooting Bec Lido where I became entranced with the colours and the light I saw there. Back in the studio I employed an almost birds eye perspective and experimented with the colours I had seen there. I wanted to capture a real sense of swimmers having fun in an outside space together and the shapes the groups made reminded me of star constellations, hence the title for this body of work.

This popular series has been exhibited and sold across the Uk and abroad.
