  It is always good to have a personalised product, especially when the spelling of a name is very unusual and not seen on the high street! However, the printing on the lower half of the cushion was not complete which neceitated in touching up - the preferable alternative to sending the goods back and all that this entails. My grandchildren are both absolutely thrilled to have their special cushion in Gran'ma's house.

  Three of the letters were smudged - didn't complain as it was intended to have a vintage look and it didn't spoil it too much

  I purchased this cushion for Grandma & Nana for Mother's Day. The cushions were great and loved by both Grandmothers. My sons loved giving them as gifts. The items arrived swiftly and my special delivery instructions were printed on the package clearly.

  It came too late for me to get it to my mum for mothers day which was a real shame. I also emailed them to query when it would arrive and they never bothered to reply. Won't be buying from them again.

  The quality of the cushion filler and linen isn't the best and so it's more of a show cushion than something practical to use. It looks great though and my nephew and mum love it.

  My mum adored her cushion - a simple gift and great value - better than a bunch of flowers and something she will treasure and enjoy for many years. My only negative is that I would have liked for it to be gift wrapped and would have paid for this to be done. Perhaps this could be offered in the future - it would have saved me rushing out to buy some pink tissue paper which I tied up with parcel string. Gift wrapping services are a great option for customers - I hope you consider it in the future.

  The idea is lovely and it looks great from a distance but I was a little disappointed by the quality. For £25 I was expecting something a little better than an iron on transfer with glue still visible. Not convinced it will survive washing. Had it not been a gift that only arrived two days before Christmas it would have been sent back. That said, the recipient loves it and it sits in pride of place in her home.

  Lovely quality product, unfortunately they didn't add an apostrophe where it should have been which was a shame
