  The products were good, but the service was poor. Products didn't arrive in time for me to resend them for Christmas. After ordering Dec 5th I chased despatch on the 20th (after receiving despatch notice on the 17th). I was informed that they were working until 3am & hadn't even put up a Christmas tree for their daughter (not a particularly professional response). I was told the products (6 x Kit Bags) had been posted the day before (19th). When the packaged eventually arrived (23rd as we weren't in on the 22nd) it had been posted on the 21st. Annoying. NB. The original despatch date on ordering came back as 16th-17th Dec, which was late but would have been ok.

  Quick and efficient service and great product, other personalised items I have ordered in the past have needed several weeks lead time so it was good to be able to order at relatively short notice.

  Product great but it speed of delivery was poor. Poor communication as I didn't get any response to my e mails about this.

  Took a month to receive order. Said order was dispatched but did not receive for 15 days and had to enquire where order was and thought ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but did not receive until Christmas eve so had no time to post.

  hi, apologies for leaving a negative feedback back the kitbag i received was of poor quality i thought when considering the price. i would have expected the bag to have been lined it was very flimsy and looked a bit cheap.

  Many thanks for your feedback. Due to the high number of kit bags we make, our supplier ran out of our usual bags and we had to use different ones for a week. We now have our usual high quality bags back in stock for all future orders so we are more than happy to redo your gift if you let us know if you would like this and we will send you a new one ASAP. Sorry about this but sometimes things happen beyond our control, but we will always rectify a problem as our customers are very important to us and we want them all to be happy :-) .   Felt the product was overpriced after seeing it in real life .Name was very small . The heart could of been a lot bigger as part of the designer.Looked more like a child's GCSE project instead of a shop item .

  Dear Wendy . we are sorry to hear you are not happy with your bag , the heart is the same size on your bag as the one in the product photograph that you have ordered from , the name will go smaller by the number of letters in each name . we have worked in commercial design for 15 years and always follow trends , and this design has sold really well for us . The last thing we want is for you to be unhappy as all our customers are important to us if you would like us to redo your bag making the heart and name bigger that is not a problem at all if you let us know we will have a new one made for you . kindest regards TillieMint

  Although not gift wrapped, or no tag put in- this was parceled to a friends address. I had to pay delivery on each item, and all gifts were being delivered to different addresses- would have been nice if the were gift wrapped and proper tags attached with personal message on it
