  This gift is as yet unopened, but if anything like last year I am sure Caitlin will be thrilled with her named bag. Pity about the delay in delivery.

  I don't want to rate this poor, I would prefer to rate it average, but there is no average option. The bags look lovely but the material used is a very thin cotton - I was expecting a more durable thicker cotton canvas. Also the patches are not cotton, they are plastic. As they are gifts for 8 & 6 year old girls, I do not expect the bags to last long. However they weren't expensive, and they are just stocking fillers so not a huge problem.

The product you are referring to is actually a cotton tote bag that we had to source at the last minute to be able to full fill our orders and not let our customers down. Our usual supplier let Tillie Mint down at the last minute in supplying our blue canvas bags, which are a heavier material and as you can see we normally have a high rating and approval from our customers on this product. We are truly sorry you received an item that is different to our usual standard, but if you would allow us to we would love to have two new ones made up for you on our natural canvas mini shoppers to show you the difference in quality and of course so you are happy with your purchase and restore faith in the quality of our products. As for the plastic material that is referred to this is a transfer method, that is produced on to a material so it is more hard wearing. Again our sincere apologies. Kindest regards Tillie Mint x

  These are the best presents I have bought this year - so much work has been put into them and they look far more expensive than the £8 they cost. And what a bonus that they came so beautifully wrapped!

  The bags are lovely and the service was excellent. The bags came beautifully wrapped and labelled so I knew which bag was which (I bought 3 bags). Nice touch.

  these are lovely and just the right size for my young cousins in Ireland and the fact they are personalised are great as with having Irish names it is very hard to find their names over here x
