Personalised Weighted Liberty Eye Pillow

Eye pillows are used to stimulate the oculocardiac reflex and lower the heart rate, helping to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. They're perfect for yoga practices, breathing exercises, sleep, relaxation, headache & tension relief, and blocking out light. Removable outer can be washed.

To heat: place on a clean microwavable plate and microwave in 15 second increments, flipping and rotating until the pillow reaches the desired temperature. This should take around 30-45 seconds.

To chill: place in a fridge or freezer before use.

Optional lavender inclusion. Alternatively use essential oil mists or fragrance the room with aromatherapy or incense.

Select from a choice of Liberty prints & embroidery thread colours. Use the personalisation box to state a name, word or phrase for the eye pillow.

The font used for personalisation is script (handwritten style). Other fonts are available upon request.

There is also the option to include lavender in the linseed filling if desired.
