The first plate rack we received had been badly damaged in transit due to poor packaging. Contacted the supplier by 'phone and my complaint was dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner. Only downside - had to wait some time for the replacement although it was despatched immediately, but this was, of course, due to the snow and ice and therefore understandable.
