  Excellent quality, looks at least as good as the picture on the website. Carefully packaged to avoid risk of damage in transit. They do take a while to arrive (10 days?) but worth the wait.

  Lampshade looked very nice and was the size it said. HOWEVER today's lightbulbs tend to be larger and really it could do with being a couple of cm taller to hide them. great idea, not quite right in practice.

  I would prefer to answer this survey at a later date as I am waiting for a response from the lampshade company due to the lampshade being received damaged. I left a message on Dec 27th & as yet havent received a reply.

  Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. We try to ensure every package is well protected for delivery but parcels can occasionally get damaged in transit. We have issued a full refund with regards to this issue and we do apologise for any inconvenience caused with this issue.

  This lampshade took much longer to come than the company said. When it had not arrived a few days after the estimate I sent them a message via your website. I received no reply to this message.

  The lamp shade arrived a couple weeks after I ordered I, but ever since I have been trying to get a hold of the seller to return the item. They have not responded to two queries so far. Considering the size of the storage box and the cost of the item, it would be nice to return it ASAP.

  A beautiful lampshade made to this highest standard. It is a very unique item and due to the earthy colours on the vintage map, the light that is thrown out is very soft. A welcome addition to my quirky room!

  A beautiful lamp for my sons bedroom. I thought the shade was beautiful and the service excellent. Very well packaged too! I brought it as it is something he can use again in 20 years from now as the piece is timeless and hopefully if he does he can look at the shade and have fond memories of his childhood. Thank you for making memories x

  Received wrong size shade even though correct size was on the invoice. E mailed company to ask how to return - received no reply! E mailed a week later still no reply - hence very unhappy will not use this company again.

  Hello I am sorry we sent the wrong item. We did reply to your order enquiry yesterday offering you a complimentary shade to make up for our mistake. We apologise for our lack of communication. Unfortunately we had 3 people off ill last week (that's nearly all of us!) and our emails backed up a little in our efforts to get all our lampshades made. So sorry for any inconvenience.
