We are very sorry that we did not meet your delivery expectations. As we explained to you, we can not use the royal mail delivery service you prefer as our items are over a metre long and contain glass. We feel we did our best to replace the chipped seashell by sending out an immediate replacement with our usual courier with our full apologies for the inconvenience.
