  The letters were great. I purchased gift wrap and the item had a separate delivery address. By chance, a last minuite change of plan, I was at my god daughters birthday. I did not expect an invoice to be on package, highly embarrassing!

  Fantastic, came in a couple of days and the bunting is really good quality and nicely made. I bought the letters to say WELCOME to be used at our open gardens to raise funds for charity this summer. They have been much admired already. I bought some other letters last year and they wash and iron and look like new. Thank you

  The bunting was not as shown in the pictures there were just the fabric triangles with the letters on, these were not connected together and there was no ribbon or material either side to be able to hang them up.

  I ordered bunting for some friends who had a new baby boy called Luca. Was disappointed that the "L" came written as "l" which looks like "luka" . people are struggling to read the name. The flags are written as if in a childs hand therefore the "L" should have a curl on the bottom towards the righthand side, as a child would write it. A reveresed "j" without the dot on the top would have been acceptable, but apparently not possible, although I suggested this and offered to pay for a new flag. Very disappointed as I thought I would introduce the young couple to your usually excellent and unusual gifts.

  beautiful product. Only problem was one letter had buttonhole/ button in opposite posiiton to all others, which meant I had to do a bit of sewing to change it round. Please check they all button the same way in future!

  Love them so much used as a decoration for my sons naming ceremony and are now hanging proudly in the nursery. Really gorgeous and good value for money.

  I bought this for my daughters first party. It is beautiful, all the guests commented on it (the mum's that is!!) and now looks great hanging in her room.
