  These were even more beautiful in real life than I expected, and defied the 2-5 day delivery estimate by arriving the morning after I ordered. A lovely substantial size and a great Christening gift for my first Godson. The only thing that let them down and stopped my feedback from being 'Excellent' were the barcode labels stuck to the bottom and side of each letter... The paper part of the labels were incredibly hard to get off and the underlying glue was horribly thick and sticky and left dirty, tacky marks when a label finally was removed. Not having the appropriate products to get rid of such marks, and not wanting to damage the wood with abrasive cloths, etc, I had no choice but to leave the glue on when I gave the letters as a gift, which was very embarrassing. Please consider using tags that are tied to each letter with thread, as this would be much more in keeping with the lovely, rustic aesthetic of the product. Otherwise perhaps just invest in better quality labels that don't have quite such strong glue.

  This company were unable to complete my order in time for my wedding. They have completed the order but 6 weeks after placing the order and they did not communicate with me about ongoing delays until I contacted them.
