Made from Fairtrade organic cotton, decorated with fabric scraps and buttons, this shopping bag is as green as can be, apart from its colour.
Using fabric remnants to create the bunting design means the scraps won’t end up in landfill. The Fairtrade endorsement means the organic cotton farmers have been paid a fair wage to produce the plain bags.
And by using this reusable shopping bag instead of plastic carrier bags when out shopping, you’re cutting down on waste and being even greener! While being strong and sturdy enough to take all your shopping, when empty this bag folds up to easily fit in a handbag or pocket.
I use fabric remnants to create the bunting decoration for each bag so no two bags are the same. The flags are stitched onto the bag along the top, over time the side edges of the flags may fray, adding to the vintage style charm of the design.
Choose from two designs: three flags or eight flags of bunting. The bag itself measures 33cm wide x 40cm tall (approx 13" x 16").

the gift wrap was really pretty and although i couldn't see the bag im sure it was very beautiful. But the slight let down was the postage, it wasn't dispatched until about 4 days after i ordered it.
