The Great Little Cupcake Company

The Great Little Cupcake Company grew out of the need to use up the surplus of eggs laid by the 'girls' on our little Lancashire smallholding.

All our hens are free range and include pure breeds and ex battery hens, ducks and geese. They are fed on top quality feed without artificial additives and love cake too if they can pursuade you to give them a piece!

Food provenance is very important to us, so we only use organic, fairly traded and free range ingredients in our cakes and gingerbread wherever it is possible to do so.

Depending on the season, I also have other items available from my smallholding including Pine Cone Firelighters, and the fabulous Living Willow Structures.
