17 May 2012The product itself was good but I have already been in touch with notonthehighstreet.com as it is not clear enough that the product comes unframed (as there is no framing option and the picture shows it framed I wrongly assumed it was framed) - the detail that it is supplied unframed is a long way down in the list of product attributes and as the price of the item is more that other similar items which have framing options again I assumed it was framed. My mistake I know but the website is not clear enough in my opinion
