We created Floreat to be a uniquely beautiful tasting sparkling wine where we layer aromas, to provide the mood reminiscent of summer, with organic biodynamic herbs. We believe that this creates a far better drinking experience than is achieved with other sparkling wines and champagnes when you assess the moment of tasting, as flavours and aromas develop in the glass and how you feel afterwards and through the night to the next day.

Floreat was created by a drinks industry professional and qualified medical herbalist who realised that friends were marking the end of working with a glass of wine and were having more alcohol than they wanted. But she realised that medical grade herbs could be used to replace the effects of the alcohol in terms of its relaxation and sociableness as well as mitigating against some of the harmful effects of the alcohol.

Floreat is 5.4 % ABV so about two and a third glasses of Floreat is the same amount of alcohol and calories as a glass of Champagne.
