  Happy with the print, thought it would be nice in a bigger size, but thought the frame was expensive for what you got - thought all in was worth more in region of £25.00 instead of £35.00. If had seen in a shop would not have paid more than £25.00.

  Took ages for the print to arrive. Was not even dispatched until a week later and arrived a week after dispatch! Don't order if you are in a hurry! I thought the print would come on white paper but is actually on kraft paper. OK but would have been nice to know what i was expecting.

  Loved the print, took way too long to come, about 10 days I think. Considering I ordered the necklace at the same time which had to be engraved, that only took about 3 or 4 days so couldn't understand why the print took so long.

  I still have not reciceved my order. It has been nearly a month since i ordered the poster and i am not very happy about the service.

  I still haven't received it. I contacted them a couple of days ago and they acknowledged that they have run out of stock. I would have expected items to be in stock if I'm able to purchase them, or a swift email updating me once they'd established their error.

  Expensive for ink on a bit of brown card but I like the wording but I ordered 2 on seperate orders and was charged 2 different prices? Not good

  The print was framed upside down with the hook to hang it on the bottom! The print is fixed in the frame so cannot be changed by me. I asked for a replacement to be sent ASAP as it was a Christmas present and no further response was received or replacement sent.

  Please use this space to let us know what you think The service has been awful. I ordered a poster on 28 November, received an email on 29th to say it was posted, I've yet to receive this. Despite 2 emails I'm still waiting and require this for Saturday. I now need to plan a different gift as it won't be in time.

  They initially declined the order as they could not do express delivery (why offer it if you cannot fulfil it?) and did not bother to see if a later delivery was acceptable. It htne took 2 more weeks for the item to be delivered which was very disappointing.

  I ordered this as a gift in the understanding it would take 2-5days to deliver. I received an email a few hours later to say it wasn't in stock and so would take 7-10days to deliver. But when I went on the website again, it was still being sold under the assumption it would take 2-5days still. A bit annoying but other than that it was a nice item. Very good quality. Thank you.

  The website was easy to use. The delivery of the poster took nearly three weeks, so I missed the birthday of the friend it was intended for. Most on-line sites deliver within 5 days so I was disappointed. I realise that notonthehighstreet rely on other companies to supply and it was not directly their fault. I would consider using them again but only if I had plenty of time.

  The recipient of this item was delighted - however, I was disappointed at how long it took to arrive - well after I expected it too. Also would like to comment on the strange coding of the notonthehighstreet website - after you place an order it defaults into a very rudementary back page (times roman font) not sure if because I am using a MAC but this really needs to get sorted - I have very nearly abandoned placing an order several times due to the confusing layout. (realise this is not the sellers direct fault) The front end of the website is so great - such a shame it does not deliver in function as well when it comes to the purchase.

  I ordered and paid for 2 posters. Only 1 has turned up. I emailed the supplier 10 days ago and still havent received an answer. NOT happy at all and so wont use your website again. Please call me if you wish to help me get the goods i have paid for
