Hello I'm Benjamin, Maker in Chief at TheBigForest.

From my studio in Brighton I can see the sparkling sea and South Downs that surround this beautiful, quirky city. My daily walk on the hills or the nearby woodland inspire me to create amusing animal brooches, finger puppets and other items to spark you and your family’s imagination and make everyone smile.

I also make felt dogs because, well, we all love our trusty pooches! My felt mutts have been sent all over the world to remind folks of their pets and they make a great, thoughtful gift.

Finally I stock paper construction items designed by my occasional collaborator and trusty forest pal Mr Craven: Raconteur inspired by the charming and eccentric people he meets on his travels.
