  Arrived promptly and very good size (bigger than I expected!) the only thing I would mention is that they aren't made with a very soft material they feel like burlap almost but will definitely be durable and keeps its structure well. Love! Also came very quickly.

  I bought the smaller tubs which were still a decent size and will take a fair amount of content. The lettering looks good, but the tubs feel a little 'plasticky', I had anticipated a proper canvas tub. Delivery was within a reasonable time given it was in the run up to Christmas.

  Didn't want to buy toys for my Grandchildren as they have loads, so I bought them personalised large trugs instead in which they can store their toys easily. Even though they were personalised they arrived quickly ----all as expected and just what I wanted.

  I ordered the large round 'tub' but it's not really that large and I do not think it was worth the best part of £30, the item is what it is really but definitely not something that got me excited when it arrived which was a shame! You can probably pick the same thing up in matalan for less than half the price!

  The company failed to deliver initially & then took ages after I chased it. When it arrived it was much smaller than I imagined & I feel it is overpriced for what it is. I have seen a few not o the high street items cheaper for alien the shops. The renderer agent slender being one. £5.00 cheaper!

  Took money on 8/12, and after 3 emails chasing, which weren't answered until after xmas, item delivered 9/1. Item ok but was a xmas present, so really disappointed with the service, and lack of response to my chasing. Order overlooked apparently, despite taking funds from my account.

  This is the first time I have been let down. The Alphabet Store sent a product which was not spelt as I requested, then agreed to dispatch a new one for my son's birthday and didn't. It took a number of phone calls and emails to chase up and I finally got the item the week after his birthday. I would not use The Alphabet Store again and have been in touch with Not OnThe High Street to let them know about my experience.

  We ordered the first one for our elder grandson and waited with some trepidation as we had been disappointed by internet purchases of this sort before. Not on the High Street delivered in every sense. The storage tub was well made and very attractive and our grandson's name looked every bit as professionally produced as the photographs on the website. This year we ordered one for the second grandchild without any hesitation as we knew we could trust the product and it was really useful.

  The storage tub picture on the website is very decieving - when it arried it was tiny and cannot hold any toys! . The 'stuck on' personalised name that I payed extra for, was peeling off on the day that I recieed it. I had to email to ask where it was, as they said it would be delivered earlier than it was actually sent out. I was embrassed to give this as a gift.

  I think it's slightly misleading in that the photo clearly states a personalised tub and yet the price advertised is for a non-personalised tub and therefore an item that I orignally thought would be £18.99 ended up being £32+ (with personalisation and P&P). Also the name I had put on the tub was only 3 letters in length so that ended up being £3.99/letter - a little OTT in my opinion!

  These storage tubs make fabulous toy storage boxes. I bought them for my two grandsons aged 2 and 3. Having a toy box with their names on will help his parents remember whose toys belong to which grandson and avoid any upset! The storage boxes arrived quickly and in time for Christmas.   Love Love Love ! Great quality, bigger than expected which is great, perfect for my little boys bedroom. Only thing I would say is that I would like more colours to choose from. Infact I'd love two pale pink and two pale green for my playroom please!!

  The canvas tub is excellent quality - bigger than I expected and nice and strong. However the personalisation is only printed on, which makes it look a bit weak. I would happily pay a bit more to have my baby's name woven on - it would also make a classier present if woven.

  I had 4 personalised canvas tubs. three had the names in the middle and one had the name at the top. They are all for the same shelf so it looks rediculous, very disappointed.

  The canvas tubs are beautiful. The name print on the large bags appears smaller than on the advertised picture which shows a small tub. The tubs need to be quite full to stand straight, otherwise they collapse and don't look quite as appealing. The large tubs hold large amounts of things!
