  The mug arrived with smudged text, and I'm surprised it passed the quality inspection, however after I contacted the company they sent me a replacement within 48hrs which is now perfect for my husbands birthday!

  One side of the mug that was printed was smudged in two places, I loved the idea and if it was the same standard as the otherside my rating would be excellent.

  Lovely quality product. My husband absolutely adores his mug, (a present from his five week old daughter). I was a little unsure about what I actually had to write for each of the definitions - whether to include the whole sentence including the 'often', 'fond' etc. I just wrote out the whole sentence including those words and the mug arrived perfectly. It might be helpful to give a little more guidance so as to avoid confusion. Overall I am very happy though. Thanks :)

  Product itself is lovely, really good being able to personalise so much text. Unfortunately one of the mugs I ordered arrived with two mistakes but they replaced it. It arrived about five days after the original, just as well I'd been uber organised ahead of Mother's Day or mum would have been gift-less! Would recommend though for a really personal touch.

  The mugs are very nice and as shown. They could easily be used as a quirky holder for something if you don't want to use it as a mug. The delivery was quick, and they were packaged well. The only thing is the picture gives the impression they're bigger than they actually are, I expected them to be quite large mugs but they're a bit on the small side.

  the print, despote being the second batch that was sent out is nt of a high quality and is not straight. given i paid 16 a mug, i am not happy however cannot go through the hassle of re ordering with them again. will not be using the site again

  1st mug arrived with a spelling error, a smudge and the writing on the mug wasnt straight. The 2nd mug turned up with the exact same spelling error. Finally, the third mug arrived with the correct spelling but i think the writing still goes to a slight angle but will do.

  The mug is really lovely and will make an excellent gift. I had an issue with the first mug being damaged and the seller sent out a replacement no questions asked which was wonderful. I think it might be a little too expensive for what it is, but the transaction was wonderful and I like the product.

  I was so disappointed as I loved the idea of this product and ordered several over time. However the second order, I paid for next day delivery and they breached contract. I have now just seen that the latest mug for a dear friend's birthday had no less than 3 bad spelling mistakes on it! Even spelling her common name, wrong. I am so embarassed.

  I was disappointed to note that there was a spelling error for the same name on both the mugs I purchased. Clearly basic checks were not performed as the order note and the invoice itself had the correct spelling. Not much of a personalised gift if the personalised aspect of it is spelt incorrecty by the supplier!

  I ordered this gift for fathers day weeks in advance. When it came there was a spelling mistake. A second one was sent out with another spelling mistake. By the time I received the third one with the correct spelling it was gone fathers day and the gift was late.

  Not as good a quality as expected. Printing on the mug is not that good and faint in some areas of the mug. A shame.

  Only on the FORTH personalised mug were all the spellings correct, by this point fathers day had passed (it was a first fathers day gift) and the novelty of the mug had worn off. It wasn't a cheap product so was overall really disapointed and the hassle of phone calls to customer services and emails when it wasn't my mistake!

  First attempt was badly printed (blurring/patchy colour) and contained spelling mistakes which were not in my original wording. The second one I received was someone else's order. Third attempt was acceptable quality and spelled correctly but I din't get it until a month after Father's Day! It's a cheap mug, badly printed and ridiculously over-priced.

  I thought the whole concept of the website was excellent and quirky. Unfortunately after telling me I could send to a different address than the billing address it was then not clear in the process how to do this. I didn't send to the correct address so I immediately emailed them. I had an acknowledgement but nothing else and it was sent to th wrong place. It was a gift for m daughter and it was wrong. Personalised words either missing or spelt incorrectly. Rubbish!

  The mug was everything my mum wanted.. she loves thoughtful things and drunks lots of coffee so this was perfect! Goods arrived in plenty of time aswell. Will be using again !!!
