  Due to a delivery error I had to have a second sticker sent out to me, this was done very quickly when I notified the seller I hadn't received the sticker. The sticker was rather tricky to get of the backing paper but the sticker went on the wall easily and looked very effective. I was asked if I had stencilled the image on the wall.

  Poor value for money, will be returning it. I was under the impression that it was a repositionable item, but am not convinced that should, I stick this on the wall, it could be removed and therefore it has not been put up.

  Took paint off wall !!!!! Defeats the object of wall sticker if it cannot go on the wall.

Whilst in most cases the wall stickers just peel off, sometimes some paint can be taken up (as all walls and paint vary). We do recommend using a hairdryer on a low heat setting to help soften the adhesive when removing if having any problems.   bit tricky to apply ... some of the curly bits were difficult to transfer from the backing paper to the wall, but overall, and with care, looks fab

  It was much smaller than anticipated and it unlikely to be able to be reused.

  The item is very difficult to work with, sticks to your fingers but not to the wall and then gets stuck to itself.

  I found the sticker to be very tricky to put on the wall, we followed the instructions carefully, but upon trying to stick the design to the wall, it stuck the the transparent top layer and because of the many separate parts to the tree, we had to slowly peel the design off the transparent top and apply to the wall, leaving bumps and rips. Upon attempting to remove the sticker, it took the paint on the wall with it. I shall be emailing notonthehighstreet.com/the company that sells the sticker.

  Although the product itself was good, we assumed when it said vinyl wall sticker that we would be able to peel and use again and again, especially considering the price. When it arrived we found we could only use this once. Because of this the price seems quite high, but it did look lovely on the wall. Perhaps the wording on your ad could be changed to ensure everyone is aware that it is one use only?

  I loved this product but had not realised it was for single use only, so I think it was quite expensive for a 3 week outing on a wall in the kitchen. Am trying to think of ways to get the same effect but re-usable each Christmas. Any ideas?

  You can't remove this sticker as was sugested, so I'm stuck with it now until I paint over it.

  Damages paintwork so is more a permanent sticker rather than just for Christmas

  Not happy with the £25 i paid for this item, it wont even stick to the wall. The picture of the product in the catalogue shows it stuck to a painted wall.. this isnt the case on our wall. Dissapointed.
