How to Order
1. Once you have placed your order I will get started on your pet's illustration
2. When I have drawn your pet I will send it to you for confirmation that you're happy with it.
3. It will be printed and sent your way!

Frames are available in three different colours, black, oak, and white. infomation about pet portraits with frames:
- Includes an easel-back for displaying on a shelf or table top as well as hooks for hanging on the wall
- Can be hung horizontally or vertically
- Pet portrait print will be placed in the frame unless otherwise specified.
Compared with ordinary glass photo frames, these frames provided are acylic instead of glass, that has strong resistance to pressure and cracking, which can protect your photos well and make the pictures look clearer. If you would prefer a glass frame, please contact me first so this can be arranged.

Your pet portrait print are drawn by my on my iPad Pro (on Procreate!) once your pet's cute face has been illustrated I will send over your portrait to confirm you are happy with it before printing. At this stage you can make any changes to the drawn portrait of your pet, sometimes it's difficult to capture the smallest details that make your pet so unique in photos that I use as a reference!
Your order may be used on our social media platform as a video process on how it is made, or pictures of the finished product. Any pictures/videos of your order will be posted serveral weeks after it has been delievered, just incase it is a gift. If you would prefer your order isn’t posted on social media please let me know.

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
