Designed by us at Seahorse, this lovely, completely hand-made card, is just waiting to be framed. Create your very own personalised Wedding day card, with your own message to the couple, or a commemoration of date, time and place for the special event. We will will add your message to a generic message in newsprint, and mount it on a little wooden heart or a little wooden love bird. Your message will blend into the background print, a little secret sentiment. Your chosen heart or love bird can be hung on grosgrain ribbon on the card or fixed directly onto the card.
The fixed hearts are stuck firmly to the card with a grosgrain ribbon around the card. The hanging hearts are hung from grosgrain ribbon but fixed to the card with a little two sided sticky pad to keep them in place.
We have had two customers who unfortunately had cards bent by the postman fighting with their letterbox, so we have changed the packaging and fingers crossed all seems to be perfect!
Cards come complete with matching envelope, wrapped in tissue paper. They are 148mm square.

08 May 2012Card arrived bent, i suggest the seller uses envelopes with cardboard backs in future to avoid this happening to other customers. I did not have time to return the card though so had to make do which was a shame. Also the bow was wrapped around the card instead of attached to the front like the picture showed, which I found very strange as this made it impossible to open. This was easily fixed by simply glueing it above the heart instead.

Many thanks for your feedback, I am really sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Had we known we would have been very happy to make an immediate replacement for you and send it out by next day delivery. We do try to ensure every package is well protected for delivery but parcels can occasionally get damaged in transit, and can be very frustrating. I will contact you via your order enquiry to make a suggestion. The fixed heart cards are however tied with a bow around, rather than a fixed bow, I am so sorry if the photo was in any way misleading, we will have a look at this design to see if it can be modified. Card ALSO did not arrive. Seahorse emailed me after about a week to apologise and say they had presumably forgotten the order. However, when it still hadn't arrived after 2 weeks, I had to email Seahorse - they sent me another one which arrived the next day. In all, not the most satisfactory shopping experience due to all the faffing about required to obtain 2 cards!

First card didn't arrive, but Seahorse were helpful and sent out a new one. Only issues were the second card didn't go to the new address I asked for (luckily someone was in to accept it) and the heart was fixed rather than hanging. It still looked lovely though, so overall happy.
