20 Sep 2011The mittens were different lengths and of poor quality, looked very factory made. Again i returned them. As I mentioned before I have have purchased products previously from this seller but the mittens were just not of the same standard of the products I already own.

I am so sad that you were disappointed with your purchase and I can only apologise yet again for this mishap. It is very rare for our products to be substandard and we have never had an incident of our gloves being different lengths, even though they are handmade using a domestic knitting machine! My products are all still made by small producer groups in Peru. I think the last product you had from us would have been 100% Baby Alpaca which will feel more "woolly" than the new Baby Alpaca yarn we moved to earlier this year. The yarn we use now is more beautiful - silkier, softer, harder wearing/less prone to pilling, high warmth to weight ratio, with a beautiful sheen and extremely kind on the skin. Many customers have likened it to Baby Alpaca and Silk which is far more expensive than 100% Baby Alpaca. Best wishes Samantha
