A simple skinny cuff made from sterling silver personalised with your special date transformed into Roman numerals.
This pretty silver bangle is a lovely way to celebrate a special date. The simplicity of the Roman numerals makes it feel really special and the sparkle of the silver makes it beautiful to wear.
Catch yourself daydreaming of that special day every time you see it shimmer on your wrist.
These bangles are great as gifts for brides and bridesmaids as well as modern mums and also great 18th and 21st birthday presents.
I can also make a smaller version for christening and children's birthdays.
If you would prefer your date to be in normal numbers, just let me know via the 'ask seller a question' button.
If you do not know your date in Roman numerals, just tell me in normal numbers and I can convert it for you.
Each item comes packaged in its own silverthursday branded gift bag made with natural fibres, perfect for giving (or receiving!)
This bangle is hand-crafted by me in my Hove studio using 0.2cm x 0.3cm 925 sterling silver D-shaped wire. After being cut and filed it is then hammered along the centre ready for your numerals to be hand-stamped into the flattened surface of the silver for a personalised touch. I then shape the bangle leaving an opening so it fits any sized wrist and polish it to a shiny finish.
Each item comes packaged in it's own beautiful gift box made from recycled material, perfect for giving.. (or keeping for yourself)!!
Please be aware that all my items are handmade one at a time, so therefore each one will vary slightly from the next. These variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your purchase truely special and one of a kind.
Silver is a natural material which reacts with its environment and over time it will begin to oxidise (tarnish). This doesn't mean it is faulty, in fact it shows that it is made from quality silver. To prevent this from happening avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume and hairspray and store away from moisture. When you are not wearing your jewellery it is best to keep it in an airtight container. To remove any discolouration caused by oxidation, I personally think a silver cleaning cloth is usually strong enough however, if the oxidation is excessive, you may want to invest in a silver cleaning chemical which are available from most good jewellery shops.
Treat your jewellery with love and it will last a lifetime.
