Hi, I'm Sacha Jacobsen. I like making things, yoga and good coffee. I don't like the cold.
I have been making jewellery for some time but decided to turn it into a business after I had my first baby in 2011. Three years (and another baby) later, I am happily juggling life working for myself and being a mummy to two little people. It's pretty hectic at times but I love what I do.
I have workshop close to my home in Hove. It's here, at my often messy bench, that I make my jewellery and it's here that I feel most free. I design personalised jewellery with a difference. I wanted to make things that people could cherish, with their own special words, initials or dates, but also things that stand out from the crowd. The market for personalised jewellery is already very saturated, so I try to put my own twist onto each of my pieces to make each one as unique as its buyer.
I use silver, gold, precious and semi precious stones along with leather and sometimes brass. All my stones are natural, unprocessed and ethically sourced. I love using natural diamonds as each one is different and every one is beautiful with its unique colour, shape and size.
All my items are beautifully packaged in recycled gift boxes, ready for giving to someone special (or keeping for yourself!). I am also very happy to include a handwritten message if you want to send something straight out as a gift direct from me.
