  The spoons arrived beautifully presented in individual compartments in an organza bag. They were given as a wedding present and the recipients were delighted with them.

  Disappointed as would have liked product but spoons were tarnished. No problem contacting retailer and expect that refund is on its way.

  A parcel arrived two days after ordering which was excellent, but it only contained one set of spoons, not the two I had ordered. I contacted the supplier throught the site, and two days later I received the outstanding set. The supplier was helpful, courteous and efficient, qualities rare in today's world. The teaspoons are lovely, an excellent gift and I will probably order more in the future.

  I had a query re the postage and as they had been posted 2nd class not recorded there was little help given and I just to had to wait for them to turn up. Not ideal.
