I absolutely love it. Bought if for my sister for her birthday and gave it to her at her party. The product I ordered was a 50th birthday present and was received with absolute joy and laughter with the memories it stated. My only downside was I think that it would be a good idea to offer a framing service but having said that, this was not a major problem. I would definitely think about using this site again.

She never replied, even tho I left another message and then just sent me the poster anyway. It was part of a birthday present from my young children to there dad so I had ran out of time despite having ordered it 3 weeks before. Looks grest on the website but unfortunately is just a piece of card I could of probably done myself. Thought it was unprofessional and bad service, very disappointed

Although the print looks great and was a great present I feel the same as others in that its very expensive for what it is. Finding a frame to fit wasn't as easy as I'd hoped. I think there should be an option to have it framed before delivery or at least a link as to where to buy suitable frames. A lovely gift but doesn't look as expensive as it is. It's just a rolled up scroll when you receive it.

The posters I ordered, where very nice. They were expensive though, as to show them off well, you need to also buy a frame for it. The company were very helpful, especially as I kept changing the colours and size of the words. There are other colours available if you ask. you do need to allow a few weeks, if you keep changing things like I did. I would recommend this company.

Unfortunately, I assumed the poster would come framed. If it had, it could still be thought of as expensive but worth it for a novel product. But to come as a rolled up printed piece of paper (albeit nice paper) seems too much like profiteering. And I live a stones throw away from the vendor! I'm afraid it has made me very wary of what website can offer in terms of value for money

Great service, especially giving proofs so the poster was perfect, and all-in-all I was very happy with the poster when it arrived BUT I couldn't find an off-the-shelf frame to fit - had to go with one that was the right height but I have to shave a cm or so off each side to fit it into the frame. Not much of a problem but I was surprised these posters aren't provided in stock frame sizes.

Communication between myself and the seller was very poor. Having ordered the product on 27th December, I did not receive the item until the end of January. I thought it was extortionate for a bit of paper - it didn't have a frame as it is shown in the brochure so is very misleading. It has left me with a bad taste in my mouth so thank you for giving me the opportunity to give you some negative feedback and air my views!

The 'Likes' Poster print advert/URL showed a framed poster for £38..what arrived was a piece of paper that I could have created myself.The URL shows a framed picture inferring that the frame was supplied, it is only at the bottom of the description that it states this is unframed (I checked after). Would not use this site again.. £38 is a lot of money for a piece of paper less than A4 size.

Was actually really looking forward to receiving this present, but one of the actual 'personalised' categories was mis-spelt. I quickly scanned it when the proof was sent but I did not spot the mistake. However, the word was CHEESECAKE and the 'E' was left out so it was a case of spelling rather than a personal nature - so it would have been nice if the actual seller had maybe commented on this before printing the final poster ? considering I spend nearly £50.00 on this - more than annoying when I look at the poster!

Lovely item, just make sure you give at least a month's time for it to come......when I saw it, I did feel it was very expensive for what is, esssentially, just a sheet of paper with some words printed on it. I am not sure if I would recommend it. I saw a similar item at my local craft fair for £30 as opposed to the £45 which is charged on NOTHS. I bought my own frame from Wilkinsons for £8 and its a much nice frame and tremendously cheaper.

The poster was not framed and I imagined it would be but this is my own fault for only looking at the picture and not paying enough attention to the description! I framed it myself at a very small cost. The print itself was fantastic. I spent a lot of money on my partner this year and this was still his favourite gift. Highly recommended, thank you.

I loved the idea of this and even though the finished product came through looking perfect and exactly as described, I think this item is definitely over priced and I ended up designing 2 more of my own on the computer for other people and getting them printed in exactly the same style, each for £5. Overall, exactly as described, decent delivery and good communication with seller but I believe the price is too much - without the frame.

It was good because you could add any words and you could have long sentences or short sentences. Also she emailed me to check I liked what she had put together before she sent it, which was very helpful! The poster itself is fine, not brilliant just fine for £45. Had I known that I was paying this amount purely for a print and not for the frame, I wouldn't have purchased it. Not once on the website did you advertise your prints without a frame. On talking to a friend about this she had the same experience and said she wouldn't be using you again.

my friend absolutely loved it. i think notonthehighstreet is a great place to find unusual and special presents. the only thing was it wasnt the easiest size to find a frame so it would have been nice if it fitted standard frames or cost a little more and came framed or at least offered it as an option. but generally it was fantastic.

Delivery was quoted at 12 days (I think) but I asked if it could be quicker as my son (his present) was in the UK for just over the week. The order was despatched within a couple of days and arrived in time for him to take it with him. Excellent service.

The poster is absolutely gorgeous however it is quite expensive for what it is...read description properly and don't make the mistake I did and think the frame comes too...the small print is 10x12 which I am now struggling to find a pretty frame for! Print is great though, colours lovely and I received a prompt proof that I could check before it was sent! :)

Complete rip off. I could have made this at home for 50p. I'm happy to pay others to make things, i understand there is postage etc involved, but £38???? This is by far the biggest rip off i have ever had.

Because the measurements for the poster were in CM and not IN, I was a bit surprised by the size when the poster arrived. It is on very fine quality paper and was wrapped very nicely. But I do think it was VERY pricey for what we got.

The service I received from Rosie was second to none, excellent , I was kept informed fully how the poster was progressing from beginning to end. I ordered the poster last minute for my sisters 40th birthday present and received it within a week. It's a great idea for a 'special' birthday present or Christmas and she loved it. So different! I managed to buy a frame very cheaply, which was a good job as my only gripe was the cost ! I do think it's very expensive for what it is, however it's unique so I would definitely consider buying another in the future, or ordering other things.

I love this product and have now bought it twice for 40th birthday presents. Each time I have had to trim the poster myself to fit a standard size frame which I have bought from John Lewis. I understand that it is a personalised product but feel the price is a bit high considering I am out an extra £18 for a frame. Although free delivery does help as the price you see is the price you pay, some websites would charge an extra £6 which I would not be willing to pay. All in all I am delighted with this special gift and I'm sure my friend will be too.

I ordered this gift in Feb as a present for my husband's birthday last week - I bought a frame for it and had borders made at the local art shop to compliment the colours and it looks so stylish. Delighted with the print! The whole process, from order to delivery was smooth & efficient - I was kept fully updated throughout, and the poster arrived within two days of approving the proof which was e.mailed through to me. I've just collected it from the framer - in a cream mount and a limed oak frame, the blue/brown combination looks brilliant - just a pity that I've now got to wait 10days before I can give it to my "other half"! I am now considering getting one each done for my kids when their birthdays' come along.

A really super gift. Some people have commented on the cost but the frames needed are standard sizes and can bought easily and cheaply (e.g. at Ikea) and the posters are made very well and sent carefully packaged so in the end the recipient gets a thoughtful and totally unique gift that looks great!

When the proofs were ready to be checked, the e mail sent to me said they had been placed on NotontheHighStreet so I spent a long time trying to find them on the actual website! It was only when I clicked on the link that said "please click here to respond to this enquiry", when I was going to email to say I couldn't find them, that I discovered the proofs were attached to the link and not on the website as stated. It would have saved me time and trouble to have simply told me to click on the link in the first place!

My husband wanted to make a few changes to his - the team were very helpful and patient while my 'fussy' husband amended it several times so it was 'just right'. even though the print itself is lovely i did not realize it did not come framed and think it is very expensive for just the print. also one of the words is spelt wrong but i do realise that this was my fault but it actually doesn't make sense so thought this may of been pointed out or changed while it was being done? i realise that i got a copy to proof read and did not notice it till it was delivered. just thought that the person doing them may of asked if it was correct.

Soooooooooooooo disappointed with the poster...I honestly thought that the poster came in a frame as all the images you have of the Like Poster is shown in a frame and to be honest, paying £45 for a piece of paper with some words on it that could be done on a computer screamed of Rip OFF!!! Two of my friends also ordered the poster unbeknownst to me and they too said how disappointed they were and that they thought it came in the frame. I would strongly suggest that you make it very very clear that the frame is not included in the price and that you show the poster as it comes and not in the frame.....

Absolute rip-off - am embarassed to have paid so much for so little. For the price charged I stupidly assumed that it was a framed version (as depicted in the 'window') but to my astonishment I paid 38 for a piece of paper. I am usually very vigilant about checking what I'm getting but on this occasion I really think it should have been clearer. Terrible rip off.

I can not recommend this product or Rosie Robins highly enough. The product is fantastic, its so unique and extremely special. I always struggle to buy presents for my boyfriend because it's so hard to shop for men but this is ideal!! Rosie was so helpful throughout, even when I wanted to make changes and when the post office messed up the delivery, she solved everything straight away. I will definitely buy from Rosie Robins again.

The poster was great quality, colours were brilliant and my daughter loved it! However, I had not read the small print and was hugely disappointed that it was not framed. Felt that it was misleading as picture shows product framed and this needs to be a lot clearer - thought £45 was a lot for a print unframed

We were really pleased with the 'Likes' poster by Rosie Robins, it was an excellent birthday present for my Dad and is now on proud display in the house. We were initially concerned about the 4 week delivery time but after explaining to Rosie it was for a present she was great and it arrived early and in time for my Dad's birthday. Absolutely LOVE it - went for the largest as it's for a 'special' birthday. Very good service - I asked for it in one colour but when the proof arrived, I wasn't sure so requested a proof in a different colour. No problem. I then selected the one I wanted and it arrived a few days later. Very good quality paper and printing. Easy to find a lovely frame the perfect size. Can't wait to give it - a really personalised present.

I really love the product, but I hope you consider this feedback. The poster arrived in a tube and i was unable to flatten it to frame in a frame - it would have been much beter in a do not bend enverlope. The size of the poster print was non standard and hence doesn't fit with standard frames or mounts, so giving it in a frame was difficult - I have ended up giving it in a frame where the mount obsures some of the text and the print is not sitting flat - it didn't look like a well presented gift, which I felt dissappointed with.

Amazing service, I ordered late for a present but asked if it could be sent out quickly. I got VERY fast replies to my e mails and excellent, helpful responses. I was sent a preview of the poster by e mail and then received the finished poster through the post within just a few days. I think the quality is amazing, yes its not cheap but for a one off special present it was just perfect, I know anything I printed off wouldnt be such high quality. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Rude telephone conversation, item late for my 40th bday surprise which was not a surprise because it didn't turn up on time and the said telephone conversation. if this is representative don't deserve to be on NOTH. Would not recommend this in a million years ! Shame!

You need to be aware that the price is for a POSTER PRINT ONLY that does not include the frame and / or mount. We were disappointed when a tube arrived and had the extra cost of sourcing a suitable frame. The desciption mentions that you are buying a piece of paper - but you need to scroll down to find it - and many of the photos depict posters in frames. Seller did not offer any remediation, despite being contacted.

Lovely print in nice colours, but is a rip-off. Don't be fooled by the word 'poster', as the small one is tiny! You could probably do a similar thing at home for a few pence. Plus you have to buy a frame, so works out very expensive!

This is a wonderful idea for a gift, especially for those who are difficult to buy for or who don't like presents/birthdays/christmas etc. It is difficult to imagine the finshed product and I was a little disappointed with the outcome. This is because I opted for the smaller poster, which means it is very squashed due to font sizes. Perhaps it would be better to remove the smallest size option? The larger poster would be perfect. Very easy to use the form to order the poster..when it arrived it was better than I had even anticipated, good colours and nice quality card. Disappointed I couldn't pay to fast track the order but arrived in time anyway. Good communication...only point is that the proof was not obvious to be found on the website, found it eventually under customer communication and the PDF was at the top.

I was very disapointed in this product. Firstly it took ages to come, more time that you origionly said. And for £38 I could have done it myself at home on the computer. I understand it is on special paper that I could have bought myself for less and I have seen that you have also said it's done by graphic designers which I can't quite believe due to the fact that I can do this on my computer. Very nicely presented but defiantly not for £38

I bought this for my fiance's 40th birthday as I wanted to get him something a bit differant and something to keep. He really likes it, we have it framed and on the wall in the kitchen, the only thing I would say is I do think the price is a bit high, however I am glad I bought it for him.

When I placed the order I asked if it could be done in time for a birthday. This email was ignored. When, weeks later I finally had an email about the product I once again mentioned the birthday but this element of my email was ignored, hence it was very late for the birthday. I wouldn't have minded if Rosie Robins had communicated this with me. Poor communication.

The print is lovely, but when looking at the picture on the website it is shown as framed. I did find £38 a bit excessive for a print.

The first item I ordered went to the wrong address after several emails and calls to make sure they had the right one. I was not at home when it came so had to go to the Royal Mail depot, which made the whole thing a big effort and late. The poster was fine, but took far too long to arrive with no contact to this effect. It came JUST in time for me to frame it and give it for the birthday it was intended. I shall use the company again I'm sure, but find the actual delivery process, i.e. liaison between ordering and dispatch needs serious attention.

Delivery time was four weeks and then went over by a further week and a half with no reason or apology from the supplier. Ordered something similar from a different supplier and received much much better service and delivery.

The poster is great - nicely displayed, great colours etc. However, I am slightly disappointed to have received something that I feel almost I could have produced on Microsoft Word and printed off! I know the quality is great but it is an awful lot of money for what I actually received.

What a wonderful company. I rang them; sent emails... in fact was generally annoying as I kept changing my mind!! Yet they were always very helpful and happily complied with my wishes. I was really disappointed to find that it took nearly 3 weeks to receive my order which meant I missed the birthday date it was intended as a gift for. The poster itself is great and good quality but the item is not as pictured and comes without a frame although all the pictures show a framed print. Seems slightly misleading!

I would like to say service has been good however my poster was sent, And returned to sender as I wasn't home at the time. I contacted the seller via your website 5 days ago regarding a re-send. Total rip off, this item is basically a piece of paper with writing. I could have done this on my computer, the pictures are misleading. I advised the seller and was offered a refund but it was a gift for a friend that was leaving and it was too late to purchase anything else. I also had to fork out an additional £40 for a frame cos I couldn't get a standard one to fit.

The product is very nice but not at all value for money. In hindsight, £38 for a piece of printed paper is a lot of money. The other problem is that the paper used is not standard for frame sizes, hence I had to cut it down to fit a frame. A sly trick by the seller to get you to order an expensive frame? I hope not. Although my friend loved it, I would not order another for those reasons.

Rosie responded to my request promptly to say that yes it could be amended and sent me a final proof before posting so that I was competely sure. Great customer service! To be very honest,I do like the poster print,however I clearly didn't read the details properly as I thought for the cost of £45, the poster would have come framed.To pay £45 for a poster that i could have asked a friend to do by using a scanner is rather excessive.I will not make the same mistake again!

Stupidly expensive for what you actually get, turns out I could have done it myself on my computer. When I brought it, it wasn't clear in the description that it didn't come in a frame so have now had to pay extra to find a frame for it, even though it's a tricky size. Don't understand why it is so expensive for what you actually get. All in all a waste of money and a big mistake!

I am so angry at receiving this poster for such a huge amount amount of money - the pictures on the web are all of framed pictures, not what has been received. Looking again the advert does state in small letters that the product is unframed but at the time I was in a rush and did not read fully. I would never BELIEVE that something of this price would be something that I could print out myself! Far too expensive and if it wasn't personalised wou D be sending right back. The pictures of the product should show it for what it is.

The poster print is beautiful. I was also really impressed by the customer service the seller provided. I stupidly gave the wrong address for the print to be sent to but when I realised and informed the seller of this I was sent another one to my correct address even though it had been my mistake.

A very expensive product that isn't worth the money paid. Although the small print advises that it would be unframed - I missed this when I ordered, as I would never imagine that you could be charged this much for essentially a small poster. I have still been unable to find a frame to fit the print as it isn't a standard size, therefore more money has to be spent for a bespoke service. On the whole very disappointed.

The poster was great BUT they forgot to send it to me, so I didn't receive it for Father's Day and I'm not sure when I would have got it, had I not sent a mail asking where it was! That was a bit disappointing obviously as it was a father's day present.

The quality of the print was not that good If you have a decent printer you could probably do it yourself! Colours were slightly dull too.. Great idea for a gift but not as nice as it looks on the website/magazine.

The only criticism, is it didn't fit a standard frame so I had to cut a bit off the bottom. This may be to encourage me to buy it framed, but if there's the option to buy it not framed, then it should fit a standard size.

The item was purchased by me on behalf of two little girls who's mum turned 40 last month. They were a bit surprised that all they got for £38.00 was a bit of printed paper, no frame! We have since been to buy a frame and found that the paper is of non standard frame size, so had a specially made one manufactured ....more cost. Very disappointed and do not think it was value for money. It arrived rolled up and without a frame. the marketing of the print is a little misleading as it is shown in a frame in the brochure. i thought it was very expensive. the delivery took longer than quoted on the phone. i ceratinly will not be using notonthehighstreet.com for future purchases

The Poster Print is great and the recipient loved it too. My only sadness is that the print turned out to be a difficult size for easily obtaining an off the shelf frame. Not many shops do this size. Please provide option of a frame.

It's still not arrived yet which is a bit annoying particularly as I had an email saying it had been dispatched. I have also had an email today to check the proof and so far I'm a little disappointed as it has been altered from what I had ordered. Hopefully she will be able to change it and get it out to me as soon as possible.

I left it really late to organise this as a birthday present for my mum but Rosie was amazing at expediting my order and got it to me within a couple of days - thanks rosie! the product is stunning and my mum is delighted. like others on here i agree that it would be great to have an option to buy it framed. i struggled to find a nice white frame (like the one pictured) in the right dimensions and eventually found one which added £22 to the £38 I had already spent. Apart from that I was 100% happy and would recommend this product wholeheartedly

I am very happy with my purchase. It was a bit on the pricey side but I couldn't have been bothered to fiddle about doing one of these myself so I didn't mind too much and I managed to find a fairly cheap frame on the internet which made it a nice present. If it was a bit cheaper it would be ideal but as it stands it is a great product.

I do think the product was a lovely gift and idea; however, it should be framed as shown in the catalogue. I gave the present quickly in a cheap frame - but have retreived it to get it framed properly. The lead time makes it difficult to frame yourself unless you are the worlds most organised being - some thought about offering it framed and unframed would be worthwhile. I would have paid £75 to have it delivered done and dusted.

Fantastic service - we needed the poster quickly and the supplier made a real effort to get it to us on time. We were very pleased with it.

I think the concept is lovely but for what you get, its very pricey. My mum was delighted with the gift but I suspect would be surprised to know what it cost for a poster with no frame. You also always have to add postage to the purchase (so a comment for the site in general) per item which often puts me off from buying more. I'd definately buy lots more if the postage was per order not per item, and if some of the items were more reasonably priced.

Good... but very expensive! c£50 for an unframed print is a lot. My friend was extremely happy with the gift, but it would be easier to recommend to others if it came framed as pictured (I only spotted the small-print 'comes unframed') after placing the order and had to do a quick dash to habitat! Great response from the artist though who was kind enough to send a proof and confirm colours before sending.

I like the idea of the product and the quality was good also. However I think it was very over-priced for what I received. Value for money was not good. For that price it could at least be provided in a simple frame

The service I received from this company was excellent. The picture arrived earlier than quoted and I was consulted before the picture was printed in order to make sure I was happy with it. A fabulous company that I would happily recommend to everyone.

Drastically over-priced considering that this 'bespoke' item involves a quick copy and paste job. If the item was in the frame it is pictured in, then the cost may be a bit more justifiable, but it isn't. Rosie also left me disappointed with some of her reponses to the feedback and queries I passed on to her.

I love the product and was nice to be able to get something so unique. However it does take a long time to get it. I appreciate that you do state times on website but for those of ius not so organised that we think online shopping is the quick solution this can be disappointing. Whilst the product's we have ordered have been on the whole as expected, the delivery timings have been very disappointing. We have ordered three seperate items that have arrived very late and subsequently missed the deadline that the gifts were originally intended for.

What an original idea! I love the way it allows you to express someones wonderful qualities! My mum loved it! The colours were perfect and leaving it to the last minute I requested a quick turn around and Rosie was super prompt in repling to emails and posting the print. I absolutely adore this poster its gorgeous! I have shown it to almost everyone I know and it makes a lovely mothers day present. I changed my mind after submitting my 'likes' and the seller was very quick to get back to me and was very good about changing the 'likes'. Quickly recieved in sturdy packaging. The idea of the print was so exciting! Some friends all contributed to a 40th birthday gift and we wanted it to be special. With a little reservation over the price, £45.00 for the medium print we went ahead and ordered it! I will say it's a fantastic idea but the prInt came wrapped in a tube but had a crease when we took it out. We all agreed it is ridiculously expensive for what it is, even a bog standard frame would have made it a little more worth the money! So far due to the crease it's still in the tub!

Love the product but very overpriced at £38, realised I could do this myself on the computer for free and print off on nice paper!! Especially that no frame is included!
