  Great seller communication, very quick delivery. I cannot judge the print as I had it sent directly to the bride and groom and couldn't see it, but I hope they liked it!

  Really pleased with this as a wedding present for my sister. Is a tad on the pricey side. Only other thing - Hansel & Gretel - are they not brother and sister???!

  The poster print I ordered was delivered very quickly, and faster than was stated on the confirmation email! :-) My friends, who I purchased the poster print for, loved it! They were delighted to get something so unique, and so personal. I would highly recommend the company and will use again! Quick, easy and beautiful products! :-)

  This is the second print i have ordered - the first for an engagement (which was loved) and the second for an anniversary ( yet to be given). The prints are great quality and the service is fast. The perfect gift for the couple who have everything.

  Fantastic product and delivered really quickly. I ordered this as an anniversary present for my parents and it now hangs in pride of place! This is the second product I have ordered from Rosie, and I would more than recommended as something uniquely special.

  The print was sent with wrong spelling. It was accompanied by the order slip which had the correct spelling so had not been checked. Response from Rosie Robins shocking. Refund issued with no acknowledgement of actual error and no offer of replacement. Had to ask for that and got some form of acknowledgement referring to it being a Christmas present when actually if they had checked email it was a 1st anniversary gift for my husband. I felt it was a waste of time responding to Rosie Robins again as they were clearly not interested. No problems with website in general but will certainly not be recommending using Rosie Robins to anyone.

It was my understanding from your message that, at the time you contacted us to inform us of the error, it was too late for us to send you a replacement.   Bad value for money. Was surprised at the poor quality of the product for the very expensive price that I paid.
