At Rachel Pettitt Handmade Designs I strive to create beautiful, unique products for my customers. From breezy beach huts, jolly fishing boats to a gorgeous collection of personalised items for children.

My personalised designs are perfect for a new baby or Christening. With the advantage of a choice of designs, colours and text you can really create an individual gift for that special person.

The inspiration for my work comes from the Suffolk countryside where I grew up. With a passion for design and colour I have used the brighter shades of the coast and the softer tones of the countryside to give my work a clean, simplistic look.

After working in floristry for nine years I moved to London to study Display and Presentation. I then worked in retail in some wonderful independent shops, this allowed me valuable insight into the gift world. In 2003 I decided it was time for a change and a challenge so started my own business.
