Hand cut and painted to order, our vintage style signs are hand made with love here in the potting shed in the beautiful historic city of York. We enjoy making our signs and we think it shows in our work.
We love working with wood and so each piece is cut, painted and finished by hand here. We gift wrap every sign whether it is requested or not because we believe in quality and we want you to experience the pleasure of receiving your order as if it was a gift to yourself!

You choose the words and we'll paint for you a beautiful solid wood bespoke chalkboard! (You could send it to someone as a gift ~or just keep it for yourself!)
Gorgeously rustic, this chunky chalkboard is hand painted in a choice of vintage cream, vintage white, sage green or duck egg and blends beautifully into any setting.
Sizes: Approx 24x33cm (8.5" x 14") and 46x46cm (18" x 18").
A chalkboard that would be very useful in the potting shed, kitchen,office,workroom, by the phone - in fact anywhere where you might need to remind yourself of jobs to do or appointments!
Larger sizes are also available (larger sizes are constructed from reclaimed floorboards fixed together and fitted with metal saw tooth hanger on the reverse)
Children and students might find it useful to remind them of things needed for college or school!
You can choose up to 20 characters for personalisation, please place # at end of first line (if two lines required) when ordering! We reserve the right to position the lettering for best visual outcome.
Please remember that the more letters you choose, the smaller the writing will have to be to fit on!
Your chalk board will be delivered to your door deliciously and carefully wrapped with our unique wrapping! If you would like your chalkboard sending direct as a gift, that's no problem for us.Put the recipient's name in the delivery address box and we will send it direct for you~we will even write a gift tag with your special message, calligraphy style and we don't charge extra for this service!

I contacted the seller to ask for the item to be delivered by a certain day. Even though it was personalised they said it was no problem and were very friendly and helpful. The chalkboard arrived perfectly on the day I requested this. I would definitley recommend them!

I'd left present buying to the last minute and the sellers were fantastic in getting the chalkboard to me in advance of when I needed it. Beautifully wrapped and a gorgeous present. Just what I was looking for. Thank you!

On my! This company is excellent, I cannot rate them highly enough! Ordered it on the Sunday night hoping to get it by Saturday, they emailed me that night and I explained that it was a bit of a rush. Could not do enough for me and it arrived on Tuesday, how good is that! Excellent gift and great quality, brilliant!
