Each item is individually handmade in the Posh Totty Designs workshop in Brighton. The personalisation is hand stamped rather than machine engraved, as such, any irregularities should be appreciated as part of a bespoke design.
Please note: Our 10-14 day delivery is estimate is never more realistic than during busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas. At these times we will work as quickly as possible to dispatch orders in advance of this estimate but will not be able to prioritise individual orders.
A beautiful vintage-style Sterling silver key handmade in our Posh Totty Designs workshop hanging on a delicate 18" trace chain. This classic design holds a multitude of meanings, it can be 'A key to my heart', or if your mind works like mine, then a key to another adventure or one that will unlock another world! The key design is particularly popular as a gift for a 21st birthday and can be personalised with your letter of choice.
The key measures 3cm approx in length and just under 1cm at the widest point.

There was confusion with the delivery as there seems to be no point during ordering that you can specify a different name and address for delivery. So my order originally was addressed to myself (as it used the billing address) instead of to my sister. I would recommend you update your ordering system. Apart from this I was extremely happy, aparently the item arrived with my sister just a couple of days after ordering. and she was very happy with the item
