Each item is individually handmade in the Posh Totty Designs workshop in Brighton. The personalisation is hand stamped rather than machine engraved, as such, any irregularities should be appreciated as part of a bespoke design.
Please note: Our 10-14 day delivery is estimate is never more realistic than during busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas. At these times we will work as quickly as possible to dispatch orders in advance of this estimate but will not be able to prioritise individual orders.

Each hand-cut Sterling silver charm is gently hammered for our trademark organic finish and then hand-stamped with your personal message. This is a popular option for best friends.
We advise no more than 6 characters for the teardrop charm, 8 characters for the heart charm and 21 characters for the oval. This includes spaces.
