  Did not get "free" delivery as I live in the Highlands which seems to no longer be part of mainland UK!!! Anyway, I really wanted them so despite my disgust I bought two bracelets with a joining ring which are all personalised. I am very pleased with them, no mistakes, good customer service too. Took a little longer to come as informed due to Christmas so I can not comment in normal delivery! Overall I am delighted just a pity to have the unfair postage charges as I am certain it did not cost any more than normal to be sent.

  We ordered 4 of the bracelets(daughter, sister, wife and mother). My daughter has not taken them off since she unwrapped them and if you knew my daughter she is so fussy!!!!! Well worth the money especially for someone who is hard to buy for.

  The company put in the name 'Harvey' instead of 'Charlie' on a personalised engraved bangle. When my wife complained the excuse was that there was a lot to do before Xmas. This is feeble. If you are charged £70 for a simple silver bangle you expect better workmanship. In fairness the company sent the bangle out with the new engraving within 24 hours which is superb service. Check, check and check again when you personalise anything as mistakes are literally personal.

  There was a letter missing from the spelling of a name and the overall workmanship was not of a good enough standard. However, they did give me a complete refund including the return postage.

  The wording on the bracelet was initially visable in black, however this appears to have worn off on certain letters over the past two weeks, which makes the lettering a little difficult to read, and does spoil the overall effect. The bracelet was a birthday present, with the names of my children on it. I loved it, but am a bit disappointed now.

  I was happy with the qulaity of the item however the ordering process experience was not good - the web site allowed me to place an order and provide a price which was then duly accepted via email by the vendor. Subsequently I was advised that I had not paid enough and an additional amount was due - given that I only had a week I did not have time to source an alternative and was forced to pay the extra price. The website should be improved and not allow you to add text to the second bangle without the price and product being updated, additionally the vendor should check the order more carefully and should not accept an order and confirm the price without double checking the content more carefully. I am unlikely to order from this vendor again.

  I cannot say just how pleased I am with Posh Totty designs and their team. I ordered the personalised word bangle less than 2 weeks before Mothers Day and when I expressed my concern that it may not arrive in time for Mothers Day they were extremely helpful, kept me informed and went above and beyond to get my order to me with a few days to spare! When we gave the bangle to our Mum on Mothers Day she was so pleased and very touched. Really refreshing to find a company that are so helpful, great item and a fabulous team, highly recommended!

  I received the bangles and have just returned from holiday to find that the second bangle was not spelt correctly. It said 'You / re my best friend' not Your best friend.It was a completely embarassing moment and I shall be taking the matter further.I would expect a reply today 04/01/11 with an explantion and how to rectify the problem.I have recommened your site to lots of friends but now have great reservations about doing so.

  Unfortunately, the bangle took longer to arrive than expected, due to there not being any postage put on the parcel, so I had to contact post office by e mail, pay the postage, then get the parcel delivered. But, the company got straight back to me with their apologies and the refunded postage. This was a problem at first, but the way the company dealt with it, at speed made up for the inconvenience. Love the bangle - hope my daughter does too!!

  I ordered my bracelet on a Thursday afternoon, and was wearing it on the Saturday morning - amazingly quick service. My only comment for improvement was that I had a bit of trouble getting the order to go through on the website. It may have been a passing glitch but the page where I needed to submit my address etc details wasn't showing properly so I had to leave it for a day and try again - when it was fine. Thanks for a lovely product and very quick delivery.

  The bangles were just exactly what I'd ordered - no mistakes etc - but they looked a little small and I am hoping they will fit their recipient. Also - it stated "gift wrapping" was included, but the actual wrapping, while ok, wasn't exactly as special as I'd hoped it would be.

  Lovely piece, good craftsmanship, solid silver of good quality. Got the first one for a friend, and showed my sister before I gave it as a gift. She thought it was so lovely we bought another for one of our other sisters birthdays! Posh Totty were brilliant with speeding up both orders considerably against their specified delivery day allowance - as I didn't leave enough time to order either of them! The only thing I would suggest is that it should come in a proper jewellery box as its not a low value piece.

  The bangle was exactly as described and very attractive. The addition of the message turned a very nice gift into a really special one which was very well received. The hand finished effective I found particulaly pleasing. The presentation packing was also very nice.

  I love these bangles. Being able to put my exact words means so much. The bangles are always made to my size, brill as so hard to get a little bit bigger bangles. I now have 3, oh and a ring. Excellent. Thank you so much.
