  The zip was inserted very poorly, so was "wavy" / not straight. Also, the inner seams were left raw without any overlocking or heat sealing, which resulted in bad fraying before the product had even been used. The print quality however was good, but the make needs to be improved. I was disappointed & could not return it due to it being a gift needed in time for Christmas.

  Good product but poor in terms of timing. I ordered two weeks before Xmas -with guaranteed pre-xmas delivery- yet the 2 pencil cases only arrived after Xmas.

  The quality of these was not worth £8 each. It was just as well I had ordered early as the delivery date was put back twice and they took ages to arrive which was not the case with the other products I ordered and was not indicated when I made the order.

  Both pencil cases are flimsy - some sort of lining would be a good idea to make them sturdier and 'tidier'. One of the zips isn't sewn in completely (but it's not a massive issue), and there is a mark on the material where (I assume) the iron has slightly missed the transfer. Probably wouldn't order again from that supplier; however, these are for a 6 and 7 year old so really am not concerned.

  The original order arrived and was, I felt, very poor quality. I complained by e-mail, a response was very quick, and a replacement was arranged without any problem and it soon arrived. It was much better quality and I am very impressed with the level of service. I will be using this company again.

  This pencil case is amazing value for money. The design of the personalisation is excellent and there is even a little charm on the zip. The child I bought it for was utterly delighted with it, and her parents were likewise pleased as she confided in them that she was now able to write her name in joined up writing because she could copy it from her pencil case! Just the job! Every child should own one!

  it doesnt hold a standard sized pencil, my daughters initial happiness soon changed to disappointment, the material is so thin, a sharp pencil sticks through it. So very dangerous for young children
