The double walled, stainless-steel insulated wine bottles will keep a whole 750ml bottle of wine chilled for up to 24hrs & mulled wine warm for up to 12. Wherever you are, and whatever the weather, you can now enjoy your bottle of wine at the perfect temperature.
Available in 3 core colours to complement your favourite wine.
Founded by ex-professional rugby player Paddy & wife Lynsey (The Plonkers) who share a passion for wine. The have seen the care and attention that goes into wine making and fell in love with the whole industry, from the grapes on the vine to the finish article in your glass. But they knew the one of the biggest challenges is keeping your wine at the right temperature - whatever the occasion. They knew the world needed a modern, portable solution to keep wine chilled all day.
Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard - £3.95
Express - £4.95
Guaranteed next day by 1pm* - £8.49
*Orders must be no later than 12pm
How long will my order take to arrive?
This will be dependent on the delivery service you have chosen at checkout.
Once the order has been received and processed by Royal Mail:
Express - Royal Mail Tracked 24 aim to deliver the next working day
Standard - Royal Mail Tracked 48 aim to deliver within two to three working days. Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of UK postcodes
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Orders received before 12pm will be processed the same working day Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.
How will my order be shipped?
All deliveries are shipped using Royal Mail.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the UK.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your PLONK BOTTLE, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Our products come with a manufacturer guarantee covering any defects for one year.
Arrived damaged?
If your bottle has been damaged in transit, please get in touch with us and we can arrange a replacement bottle to be sent.
Please note that we may require photos evidence so that these issues can be escalated with our shipping partners.
Cancellations
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you will have 2 hours from receiving your order confirmation to do so.
If you wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for covering return postage costs. Products should be returned in the original packaging unopened and will be inspected by quality control before a refund is processed.
