  Was smaller than I imagined but my fault for not measuring up! Might be worth putting some props in the photo for scale? Not a big problem though.

  paint not good, and shelves very narrow, only small pots able to stand on it.

  The actual product was faulty, and poor quality too. However, the customer service of the supplier was excellent and my email was responded to promptly and personally, and my refund processed immediately. I also appreciated being told I didn't have to be inconvenienced further by sending the goods back.

  Very poor quality was not up to merchantable standards as could not be erected and arrived chipped. Refund given

  But only when we managed to get it opened out! One of the hinge and pin joints had been painted after assembly so the paint effectively sealed it shut and it couldn't be opened out. We had to dismantle the hinge joint and reassemble it before the plant theatre could be set up properly and used for its intended purpose. Little more care on the quality control, I think!

  This is the second 1 I have bought and the quality was poor. I have had to sand over to finish the rough wood and had to screw back on 1 shelf before i could use it

  The product was slightly cracked, plus I had to remove and replace one of the screws as it had not been put in straight and therefore the whole thing wouldn't stand up.

  Delivery was supposed to be 2-5 days but it actually took 18 days to arrive!! No one contacted me to inform me of the delay either which was very disappointing.

  Goods were damaged and badly painted. Whole order was not delivered at the same time and it took 3 telephone calls to find out what was going on.

  We got this as a gift for my son's partner, so have not opened it. But delivery and quality for past purchases has always been very goood. Give my love to my niece Sophie from her uncle Christopher !

  Somewhat dissapointed by the overall paint quality of the Sage Wood Plant Theatre that I bought as a gift for my Mum - particularly given the price. Different parts of the frame appear to be slightly different shades of colour and there are edges that have no paint on at all!

  The product was great and my fiance has painted it a lovely sage green colour which looks fab. However the bolts that were sent with it were't substantial enough and there were also some missing from the box so we've had to buy our own which was a little disappointing.

  very poor quality wood, not impressed. it was to be a gift, but im too embarrassed to give it.
