  The planter box is smaller than I thought but that's OK - the engraving on the side is a disappointment - it looked like it would be burnt on, actually engraved, but it's just sprayed on in black and not very thickly and the edges are smudged.

  Lovely! Seller was really helpful and shipped to Isle of Man without extra cost. Gift tag was missing though so the people I sent it to didn't know who it was from.

  The planter had the exact look I was wanting (reasoning for the 'Good' rating), however when it arrived it was a lot smaller than expect (this is after testing the measurements), as these items are personalised I couldn't return the planter. Unfortunately this means I can't use the item for what it was intended for and it now sits in a cupboard.

  I think for the money this is slightly outrageous. It was finished very badly, lots of splinters around the handles and the stencilling just made it look cheap. I'm afraid that I would definitely not recommend this product or buy from this seller again.

  Delivery was very quick. Planter was lovely, a little smaller than we imagined but very sweet none the less. Disappointed that we couldn't have our first two choices for the personalisation as the max. is only 12 characters, which isn't very much.

  Brilliant. We bought this as an extra little surprise birthday gift from our daughter to her granddad. Delivery was very quick and my dad loved the present. Would definitely recommend.

  I ordered the product quite late on the Sunday, 19th June, hoping to give it to my daughter the following Sunday, 26th, they kept me up to date all the time on what was happening and it arrived on the following Friday, 24th June. She loved it I was very pleased with the service I received and I did like the touch of putting a label with a personal message tied to the product. Will definitely look on line again. My daughter was the one who told me about the website

  Wasn't made as well as I thought and was quite expensive for what it was. Felt I could have made it myself!
