A traditional Japanese paper balloon in the form of an elegant Toki bird.
This Toki bird is so beautiful! I have one hanging from my daughter's ceiling by her cot and she loves just watching it float around!
This balloon is made from bright, crisp environmental paper & comes with a gold thread hanging loop.
Each balloon comes flat; simply blow in the hole to inflate and form the circular shape character. They can be blown up over and over again.
Both adults and children love them - use them to play catch, decorate children's parties with them, pop in them party bags or make a mobile!
