Made in Britain
A wide leather dog collar handmade to order with contrasting colours of leather and a handy middle d-ring.
Ideal if your looking for a simple design with a contemporary twist, the Double Trouble wide dog collar is a combination of any two colours of soft nappa leather. Don't be scared to choose two colours which you think may not go together, we've found that those combinations are often the best! We'll choose a thread that will contrast your collar nicely to finish off the look.
An inch and a quarter wide with a d-ring placed in the middle of the collar for easy attachment to your lead, and tapering under the chin, this collar will really stand out against your dog.
If you've a toy breed, don't worry, we can make a Mini-Wideboy for them; an inch wide around the back of the neck, tapering to half an inch under the chin, so they'll be able to strut their stuff too.
Available in any combination of our luxuriously soft nappa cowhide leather.
Petiquette handmade leather dog collars are cut from soft nappa leather hides. Unlike many firm leather collars which can feel quite rigid, our collars are soft and supple from the moment you receive them, but are still hard wearing enough for every day use.
To prolong the life of your Petiquette collar, we recommend that you clean them with a soft damp cloth, and allow to dry away from direct sunlight. Applying a little leather cream now and again can also help keep our collars in tip top condition.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Please do not measure the total length of your existing collar, as this will result in an incorrect sizing.
All Petiquette collars are made to your order, so please take care to order the correct size for your dog. If you're unsure of sizing, please contact me before ordering.
To measure your dog's neck, wrap a tape measure around the middle of its neck, half-way between the bottom of the dog's ears and the base of the neck. Tighten the tape measure enough that it sets against the fur but is not constricting the neck. Take the measurement and use to select the most appropriate collar size.
