04 Nov 2012I found the glass knobs more expensive than anywhere else but I bought them as they had a 2 day delivery time. I expected the knobs to be of higher quality but they weren't. In fact the screws were mostly bent and the rubber part was hanging of one of the knobs. I even took photos of them. I would have sent them back but I live outside the UK and they were brought to me by a friend.

I had 5 faulty sent and some bits missing!

Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. We try to ensure every package is well protected for delivery but parcels can occasionally get damaged in transit. We can assure you that the products left us in perfect condition. We agreed immediately to send replacements but as yet have still not received the damaged items back. The bits missing - the ribbons that you refer to,as we explained, were part of the packaging where the manufacturers labels were removed prior to dispatch - they are not designed to be part of the product once it is in use. We would send you some spare ribbons if you wished to use them in this way. We look forward to receiving the items back you wish us to replace. Thank you for shopping with us.
