Amaro, which translates to "bitter" in Italian, has been made in Italian households for centuries by infusing herbs and botanicals into spirits or wine. Our kit includes all the curated botanicals you need to get started, as well as tools that make infusing your own amaro incredibly easy. You'll only need a glass container with a lid, some sugar, and a bottle of inexpensive vodka.

Our three recipes are inspired by famous amaro brands, including a bittersweet infusion with hints of aniseed and allspice, an invigorating citrus aperitivo, and a powerful coffee blend that pairs perfectly with desserts.
