Hi, my name is Helen, lover of classic interiors, the colours white and green and with a slight addiction to chocolate and numerous cups of tea!

My journey began towards the end of 2018 when I discovered the beauty and pure joy you can feel from creating something you never believed you could by hand.

After spending a small fortune on my scented candle obsession I decided to spend the time learning the science and secrets behind creating a gorgeous scented soy wax candle. I chose to use only high quality vegan ingredients, natural wax and paraben and phthalate free fragrance and essential oils. Feeling happy that I was offering a candle filled with the best ingredients I started to gift to family and friends. They were a huge hit, receiving great feedback so Olivetreehome Candle House was born.

I always choose to offer something unique to the candle world, through my collaboration with Brighton based potter Katie who hand makes all of my ceramic stoneware candle pots to lino-cut hand-printed glass and more recently teaming up with talented crochet artist Cat Kemble offering workshops where we teach scented candle making & beginners crochet which together really are a match made in heaven!
