  Product great however service appalling, poor communication from seller despite several emails and requests

  Poor service from seller, took 3 weeks to get proof, only order something if you can be bothered to chase for it

  The print was a rip off I was so disappointed with the quality it looked run of a home computer and I thought for £29 it came framed but was one sheet of A4. We have framed it now but just doesn't look as expected had intended to do some as Christmas presents for grandparents but won't be now. I honestly feel the price was a Micky take.

As this item is personalised it has to be made-to-order, which increases the time and care we invest in creating it when compared to a standard print. We try to be as accurate as possible with our item descriptions, we do state in the listing that the print is not framed. I am sorry that the quality of the print did not match your expectations, we do use the highest quality printing technique available, and high quality paper to match.   Poor response to emails from seller. Have to chase with emails. Just ordered another product and took 10 days for proof after 2 chasing emails

  i thought the word cloud was substantially over-priced, the original word cloud was missing an important word although this was rectified promptly it was then too late for fathers day. I thought the picture was misleading as I had assumed the word cloud came with the picture frame which justified the price but actually I paid 36 pounds for a piece of paper I could have created myself

This particular product takes a lot of time to create because each one is done individually. This extra time is what accounts for the majority of the price. We also print on professional quality paper using a state of the art printer which takes special inks that do not fade, this makes the printing more expensive and time consuming compared to a home printer.   A real disappointment. Service and prompt delivery great but product not worthnthe money. Not clear when purchasing that a frame is not included and for the cost in would of expect a frame! Without a frame it is a costly product which is effectively just a piece of paper. How can you justify that? I have used your site before but I am afraid I won't be again. I feel really like I have wasted money.

  Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear that you’re not totally happy with your word cloud. We do state at the bottom of the listing that the frame is not included, I have now also stated this at the top of the listing as well. Each word cloud is carefully created by hand, which is time consuming and this accounts for the majority of the cost. The print is of the highest quality, using a state of the art digital printer and high quality epson matte paper. We carefully select the best photographs and provide detailed descriptions to portray a true and accurate representation of our products.
