24 Dec 2011The design of the bag was lovely however when it arrived I was really disappointed with the quality. It was a gift for my mum and cost £155 so I has expected excellent quality yet the material section was very thin and not hard wearing and on all honesty I would have not even been happy to have paid £50 for it. The company were very easy to deal with, and processed the refund very quickly and were very sorry I was not happy. Customer service was exceptional, it is just a shame the product was not.

This weekender has always been a good seller for us and we have until now, only received excellent reviews. The product was sampled several times in development, using a variety of canvases, and road tested for durability. Feedback from testers saw the canvas that we use in production as top rated for both its feel, weight and sturdiness. However, we take your feedback very seriously and will review the fabric to see if there are any new developments in the materials available to us which will prove superior. Best wishes, Naomi
