Lavender has a long history of being a medicinal botanical, with it's antiseptic, antibacterial and painkilling qualities it makes it a valuable method of treating cuts and burns but also aids in many mental and physical problems such as tension, insomnia, headaches, stomach cramps, indigestion, cystitis, the list goes goes on!
