Once you have placed your order, you will need to submit your family Coat of Arms flat/graphic image to Nicci. Please ensure that the image is sharp and all detail can be clearly seen.

Illustrations are in black ink with white background.

Frame and mount not included. Artwork only.

Whilst the dimensions of the illustration and embossing are generally set as stated below, on occasion this may change slightly depending on the shape/design of the Coat of Arms.

Pens used are UV stable and will not fade over time.

Please ensure that all information and spellings you submit are correct, as once the art process begins, this cannot be changed.

Your art will be beautifully wrapped in a clear sleeve, protected by board (to prevent damage in transit), then wrapped in crisp white paper, tied with string and sealed with a wax seal.
