  Nancy Mac provided poor service, dress was very late arriving, they did not answer my emails chasing up and only responded to Not on the High Street once I had phoned. Not on the High Street provided great service, polite, friendly and efficient. Had to return dress because it arrived too late and had bought another one for the event, plus it was way too big, again Nancy Mac did not respond to my two emails (despite leaving it a week between them!) again Not on The High Street sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. You're great, shame about some of your vendors.

We apologise for the late delivery of your dress, we did dispatch your order within the timeframes stated specified on the website, however it was lost in the post which was regrettably beyond our control. We also apologise for your message not being responded to, unfortunately your message was overlooked on this occasion, which we can assure you is not a regular occurrence. The dress that was returned to us unfortunately never arrived, despite you providing proof of postage. We have processed a full refund, and apologise any inconvenience caused.   Loved the stayle but returned as very disappointed with quality of fabric.

  Lovely flattering dress. The built in lace shrug effect makes it very wearable for the 'slightly more mature' lady. The company was very quick to respond helpfully to my questions. I bought 2 as I was unsure of size and kept the best fit.

  My only concern was the time it took for the dress to be dispatched to me - over 2 weeks.

  I was very disappointed with this seller as I paid for delivery of the dress within 2-5 days. It took over 10 days to arrive. I had ordered it fir my son's first birthday party and wanted enough time to ensure the dress was the right size. When I contacted the seller to explain why I needed the delivery within the stated period I was told it would be sent in 2 days but nothing arrived. I contacted her again and she assure me it was sent on the 5th day and I would have it on the next could of days. Nothing materialised. I was left with no option but to look for another outfit and request a refund when the dress arrived. I also asked fir some sort of compensation given all the delay and hassle but no re

  Sorry for the problems you have encountered with your order. Following your various enquiries I am trying to get to the bottom of what happened. We did dispatch you order within 5 days, and I am sorry it to over 10 days to get to you. We send using Royal Mail first class post rather than courier as this means that the packages do not need to be signed for and can be delivered when customers are out. We normally find very few problems with this, but the down side is we cannot track the packages if something does go wrong. We did offer to send out a replacement by express delivery in time for your event, but by then you had purchased an alternative. The last message we received from you said that you were returning the dress, so I was waiting to get it back to issue your refund for the dress plus postage. However if you have now decided to keep the dress, I would like to offer you a 30% discount by way of apology for the delivery problem.   They were beautiful dresses but unfortunately far too small or I'm far too big. Either way, they weren't flattering for me but if I were 6 sizes smaller, they would have been perfect. Sorry

  One dress was a good fit but not quite what I was after - the other did not fit quite properly but they were both good quality and lovely dresses. I have returned them but still awaiting the refund at the moment.

  Very pleased with the dress. However very poor communication from supplier. Received an email when placed the order on 11th July saying it would be dispatched on 13th July. On 14th July I received an email saying it was estimated for dispatch on 19th July. I then heard nothing. Tried to contact the seller directly to find out where my order was on July 27th and July 28th but heard nothing back. Eventually contacted Notonthehighstreet who replied promptly and assisted in also chasing the seller. Eventually received my order on August 2nd!

  Really pleased with my purchase and i'm really grateful that your supplier managed to get the dress to me earlier than stated, it wasn't due for dispatch until the 12th May but on email plea the item arrived on the 9th as requested, all really excellent thanks.

  I didn't actually see the dress because it was a present for my sister & was shipped directly to her, but she said it was absolutely beautiful. It was shipped immediately, so I was very happy with the service.

  Great design, very flattering to a curvy size 14 - I got lots of compliments! Only slight problem was nude lining kept peeping out below lacy hem of dress, spoiling the line but otherwise really lovely.

  Although material wise and Made in Vietnam label on the dress makes me feel from a quality perspective overpriced at £119 but I like the style and am wearing it to a wedding at St Pauls Cathedral in January and feels appropriate so am keeping.

  beautiful design but fabric was poor quality especially given the price - I hav asked for details to return but not heard back as yet from Nancy Mac. Communication and delivery was fine but hoping for a reply soon.
