  Daughter wanted item as a keyring, but just got a lump of metal (heart token?) with no chain or key holder attached. Don't know what did wrong on order. Intend to return it and seek refund.

  Multiply design's response:

  Hi Phil The item we sent was as ordered if you are disappointed we can send a keyring instead if you return the heart, if you look on the site you will see keyrings as an option in the drop down we can only send the item ordered. We will of course give you a refund if you are not satisfied. Regards Chris

  nice item, although it was a lot smaller than I imagined, the pictures shown make it look bigger. I must admit I didn't look for measurements so it is my fault.

  I saw this and thought perhaps it was a little soppy for my roughty toughty Dad but having recently moved away I thought it would make a nice keepsake so took the chance and sent it to him - I am glad I did as he keeps it by his bed and was really taken with it ( so my Mum secretly told me! ) Great gifts and lovely shop
