Monster Sporting Gifts is a family owned and run business based in the heart of the New Forest, the most important thing to know about us is we are all massive sports fans. We started Monster Sporting Gifts because we couldn’t buy lifestyle or sports themed gifts online, other than typical football shirts, mugs & hats etc.

We set about making premium quality sports themed gifts for sports enthusiasts, most of which can’t be bought anywhere else online or instore. If we were to sum up our products we would describe them as desirable lifestyle gifts, some for display, others are talking points, most can be bought for multiple occasions.

All our personalisation is done inhouse, this gives us the flexibility to offer customers a customised service, so if you’re looking for a special message that doesn’t fit the norm please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

We try to do the most we can for customers, not the least we can get away with and we always dispatch on time!

Delivery

Our normal delivery service is Royal Mail, however we also use DPD & DHL for heavier items.

We dispatch same day or next working day. In the unlikely event we are unable to do this we will tell you, if a delay in dispatch causes a problem in gifting, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

1st Class Delivery: 1-2 Business Days from dispatch

2nd Class Delivery: 3-4 Business Days from dispatch

Special Delivery: Next Business Day from dispatch

Returns

We like to look after our customers, so we go above and beyond with our returns policy. Life is already complex enough we try to keep things simple.

For most products, you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. This applies to cancellable goods.

Unfortunately, personalised items are none cancellable and cannot be refunded.

Delivery

Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and the service you select.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
