This amazing oval locket necklace is made from antique glass and set in a sterling silver wraparound. It will open allowing for a dried flower, a lock of hair or ashes, etc.. to be placed inside to make it a one-of-a-kind commemorative necklace. Alternatively it can be worn just plain with nothing inside. Either way it'll look amazing. Sterling Silver is best cared for when worn as the natural oils in your skin help the silver not to oxidize. You can always freshen up your silver by polishing it with one of our jewellery care cloths and help reduce tarnishing by keeping it stored air-tight when it isn't being worn.Lockets are not water-tight but can be sealed quite easily if required.
