Please note: personalised, bespoke and made-to-order goods, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
The personalisation wasn't worth it - there was nothing special about the text, the size was too small, printed wonkily on the frame and not in lower case as I had requested. I was very disappointed, didn't feel it was worth anything near the £55 I paid. Very disappointing.
